Description: Visit the coolest isthmus around! Panama has so much more to offer than just the canal it’s famous for. Our exploration will comprise a wide variety of experiences: cultural, historical, and ecological. We’ll tour a national park, a pineapple farm, and the stunning Biomuseo to learn about Panama’s natural history—we may even go snorkeling to experience the beautiful coast up close! We’ll travel on the Pan-American Highway, hike through El Valle de Antón to admire pre-Columbian artwork at La Piedra Pintada, and take a boat ride on Gatun Lake. Best of all, we’ll have many opportunities to connect directly with Panamanians—we’ll learn about culture first-hand, make new friends, and practice our Spanish. Vámonos!
