Clean out your bookshelves!
Middle School students are collecting gently used books from February 12 to 27 to donate to Sandy Springs Education Force (SSEF).
SSEF is an educational non-profit in Sandy Springs that supports literacy efforts in Sandy Springs, serving 11 local public schools. The books collected will promote literacy in our local public schools through Reading Buddies, Take Home Libraries and Mini Libraries. This is an opportunity for us to provide the gift of books and reading to young people and students who may not have their own.
Please send in gently used books for children between the ages of 2 and 14. Collection bins will be located on Founders Campus in the Preschool and at the Front Desk, and also in the MSAB.
Ask your family and friends to check their bookshelves at home to select books they are willing to donate. The gift of a book can be life changing!
