We are thrilled to partner with you on the beginning of your child’s educational journey. We believe that early childhood is a crucial part of a child’s development, and we set a foundation in the Mount Vernon Early Learning Center that positions your child for success.
Please follow these instructions if your family is already a part of our Mount Vernon Community (with children in ELC, Preschool, Lower School, Middle School, or Upper School).
If your family is new to our Mount Vernon Community -- Welcome! -- please follow the instructions for new families here.
STEP 1: Reset your password
Reset your password in OnBoard, our online enrollment system, by clicking "forgot login" in the bottom left corner of the login box. Please use the email that you have provided the school.
Once you have reset your password, please log in.
STEP 2: Complete the Application
Begin the application process. Enter your child’s name and birth date. Chose Infants (children less than 1 year), Toddlers (children 1-2 years), or Early Preschool (Two-year-olds) as your child’s entering grade level.
There are two application options - please select “Re-Enrollment for Current ELC Children” if you already have a child in ELC who is eligible to re-enroll. Please choose the “Registration Application for New Children” if you have a child who will be new to the ELC.
Complete all required fields in the application.
Make sure to click the “NEXT” button at the bottom of each page to see all required pages of the application.
STEP 3: Complete your Payment
There is no fee associated with re-enrolling a current child in the ELC.
A $100 application fee is due to process any application for a child new to the ELC
STEP 4: Enrollment
One January 29, 2018, you will receive an invitation to complete our full enrollment package. A deposit of $500 for full day children and $250 for half day children will be due upon enrollment on or before February 12 to hold your space in the ELC.
In order to streamline our payment process, we have changed our deposit for this year. Instead of one month’s fee due in April, we have shifted to a smaller deposit amount due in February. This deposit will hold your child’s space in the ELC until the first monthly payment amount is due in August.
