eSPACE is the software system the School uses for reserving spaces on either Glenn or Founders Campus. Please provide the required information listed below to Molly Christian to have her search for an available space for you to use for your group.
- Preferred space to hold your meeting (two choices if one is not available)
- # of people attending your event
- # of tables and chairs needed
- Setup requirements for your event
- Date and time of event
- Any repeat occurrence dates listed out for same time above
Molly will let you know what is available after searching the database. Once your dates and space are approved in eSPACE you will be asked to complete the forms below.
All before and after school groups (non-PlayMaker events), such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, music lessons, etc. on the Mount Vernon Founders Campus and/or Glenn Campus are required to submit the following forms prior to the first meeting of the school year:
Groups who fail to submit the required forms will be unable to meet until all forms are received.
The outside groups (scouts, etc.) will continue to contact Molly Christian, firstname.lastname@example.org to follow the procedures outlined in the Handbook. Due to the fact that these meetings are not sanctioned as a Mount Vernon activity/event, we do not note the meetings on the MV calendar.
