The Mount Vernon Fund is extremely critical to our school’s success: it allows our teachers and learners to not only succeed, but to excel.
With Mount Vernon’s dedication to excellence and growth comes the need for continuous investment in the School’s people, programs and spaces. Our goal for the 2018-19 MV Fund is 100% parent participation. All Mustangs, all in! Reaching this target is more powerful than you may realize: strong participation makes an important statement to outside funders who can help provide even more opportunities for our children.
In honor of Mount Vernon’s Founding year, the 1972 Society recognizes those who support the School’s mission through leadership giving and setting an example of generosity and impact through gifts of $1,972 and higher.
Thank you for all that you do and give. Please join us on this incredible journey by making your pledge to the MV Fund, today. When we go all in, together, our students will learn more, do more and be more.
The 2018-2019 MV Fund is chaired by Amber and Jeff Mette.

When you give to the MV Fund, where do your dollars go?
People, spaces and experiences. Each year, we invest deeply to recruit and retain dynamic faculty spanning all divisions. We continually reinvest in our spaces with new classrooms, gym renovations, improvements on the Frontier and athletic fields, fresh paint, updated restrooms, and much more. All of this comes together to form the Mount Vernon experience. Whether it is on a field trip, in a Maker, Design & Engineering class, playing sports, taking part in an arts production, designing a magazine, or experiencing the School’s Virtual Reality lab every student benefits from your investment in the Mount Vernon Fund.
